New 4-channel multi-frequency RF front-end supporting 5 GNSS systems


NTLab finished the design and started chip samples manufacturing of NT1065 – 4-channel multi-frequency RF front-end, supporting reception of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and IRNSS signals.

NT1065 is intended for usage in professional navigation equipment, which requires more than one antenna, for example:

-          High-accuracy differential receivers

-          Two-, three- or four-antenna GNSS angle measurement receivers

Having 4 channels on single die and using 10x10 mm QFN-88 package, new chip allows designing of high-accuracy receivers which will have size, power consumption and cost close to commercial-market receivers.

The flexible tuning of each of 4 channels allows choosing any of supported bands (L1/L2/L3/L5/E1/E5a/E5b/E6). Signal bandwidth (up to 25MHz) supports also GNSS high precision codes, such as P-code in GPS.
